As I walked into Milano, the ambiance was lively yet comfortable. With a casual dress code and an atmosphere that welcomes groups, it’s the perfect venue for a family dinner or a night out with friends. Plus, the convenience of reservations and options for delivery and takeout make Milano a go-to choice for any Italian food lover.
Now, let’s delve into the culinary treasures that Milano offers. Starting with the Antipasti selection, I was captivated by the Tre Formaggio Arancini — a heavenly combination of mozzarella, fontina, and parmesan nestled within a crispy exterior, complemented beautifully by the zesty Calabrian chili tomato aioli. Another standout was the Cozze alla Provenzale, featuring mussels embraced by a luscious lemon basil cream sauce that left me wanting more.
- Antipasti Highlights:
- Bruschetta: An elegant trio of toppings ranging from classic tomato and pesto to the rich flavors of fig jam paired with gorgonzola.
- Calamari alla Diavola: Lightly sautéed calamari with a kick, served with a spicy marinara sauce.
Moving on to Insalata, the Burrata Salad was a delightful celebration of flavors, showcasing the creaminess of burrata harmonizing with fresh basil and sweet tomato confit. It’s gluten-free, making it a great option for everyone. Among the salads, the Barbabietole Salad, with its vibrant mix of beets and pistachios, was a refreshing palate cleanser.
Now let’s talk about the Carne and Pesce offerings. The Pollo alla Saltimbocca stole my heart, with its delicate layers of breaded chicken, fontina, and prosciutto. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, perfectly paired with fingerling potatoes and seasonal veggies. For those who appreciate seafood, the Salmon con Fagioli was impeccable—flaky Faroe Island salmon mingled with olives and sun-dried tomatoes in a saffron tomato broth that was nothing short of exceptional.
- Main Course Highlights:
- Piccata di Vitello: Delicate veal scaloppini with a zesty lemon butter sauce and angel hair pasta.
- Bistecca di Manzo: An Angus New York strip steak that exemplifies quality and flavor.
In addition to the delightful offerings, Milano Restaurant is kid-friendly, making it a great choice for families. With amenities like Wi-Fi and on-site parking, they take care of the little details that enhance your dining experience.

Listen, sometimes the ratings here don't truly reflect the quality of a restaurant and I think that is true for Milano. This is a gorgeous setting with an open kitchen, lovely service and great food. That's the short version. The long: I started with a nice white wine and fresh oysters on the half shell - absolutely lovely. Then, because I wanted to stay light, I went straight to a pasta dish, linguine with white clams and chili flakes, and it was phenomenal. That dish is my first gauge, my litmus test, of any Italian joint and they did such a beautiful job with it - hats off to the kitchen! Anyway, don't pass this gem by because it's in a strip mall - it's a great choice.

Good atmosphere, happy waiters, perfect amount of food. Leah M was great! Girlfriend has an allergy and they accommodated her with many options.

This was always a very good restaurant, but it seems that lately it has gotten a lot better. The last two times that I dined there the meals were just superb. The service has always been great, and still is.

We live in the area and never remember to stop there. We had a nice quiet date night. My husband had a beer on tap. I couldn't decide what wine I wanted. The bartender made sure to let me sample a few so I would enjoy what I ordered. We had burrata and prosciutto pizza and it was quick and out of this world. Service was great. Interior was cozy. Food was delicious.

Stopped at Milano last evening on the chance they could accommodate our party of four without reservations. Fortunately for us, we were able to be seated immediately at a great outside table. Server greeted us quickly, providing us with insight into the restaurant and cuisine, highlighting the evenings special menu and highlighting wine list. We ordered a bottle of Sauvignon Blanc and a Malbec which he promptly served to the table. Milano has a wood fired pizza oven. We took advantage, ordering a large Margarita to enjoy as an appetizer. Also shared the calamari, a slightly spicy grilled variation with a great blend of olives, tomatoes and garlic. Both were very satisfying, resulting in clean plates back to the kitchen. Menu is a extensive as well as truly representative of Northern Italian cuisine. Pasta is all house made. For entrees, we ordered beet salad (outstanding), cioppino (ditto), and linguine with clams. A word to the wise on linguine with clams. Sauce is spiced with Calabrian chili. If you like spice, you'll love the dish. Milano has a full bar, extensive wine list and a menu that can accommodate any taste. Service is harried, but attentive and helpful. We'd do it again. Great spot.
